  The apartments had some great things about them like the pool and the fitness center and the outdoor spaces. The apartments were big and modern. They had a lot of natural light. They were laid out in a way that made sense. What really made the tour special was Ashleigh. She made me feel like I was at home. Ashleigh was very nice. She knew a lot about the apartments. Ashleigh made me feel excited about the idea of living. Ashleigh really wants to help people find the apartment, the apartments and Ashleigh is very good, at her job. Ashleigh cares about the people who are looking for a place to live the apartments.

  I recently had a tour here with Ashleigh and she is simply phenomenal! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and genuine. She took the time to answer all of my questions, pointed out all the little details that make the community special, and you could really tell how much she cares about the residents and the property. The property itself was beautiful, clean, and really well maintained. The amenities looked amazing and the whole place had such a welcoming feel.

  I’ve had a great experience living at Redmond Place Apartments. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and a comfortable place to call home. I’d especially like to recognize Nathan from the maintenance team. He is professional, responsive, and consistently goes above and beyond to address any issues quickly and efficiently. His willingness to help and attention to detail make a noticeable difference. Overall, I highly recommend this community.

  I have had a great experience living at Redmond Place Apartments. I’ve lived here for almost 4 years now and overall it has been a very comfortable place to live. The community is quiet, clean, and well maintained, and the location is very convenient for getting around Redmond. Maintenance is always quick to respond when something comes up. Nate and Dylan on the maintenance team have both been great and always helpful whenever I’ve needed something fixed. The staff here has always been professional and easy to work with, which makes a big difference when you live somewhere long term. Overall it has been a positive experience living here and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good apartment in the area.

  Mold In the whole apartment, nothing is done they just came and cleaned with spray and they air dried it with fan which spread now to the whole apartment. I even questioned a professional if putting a fan in a small closed space is ideal they deff said no. I lost 2 furniture and all my clothes had mold in them. I asked to end my lease earlier for my own health and family’s health they said NO. I got the mold test they all came back positive. Nothing ever gets done. Careless. It’s always the answer I’m sorry we are trying our best to make you happy. Apologies don’t solve. 3 years of pure hell. In the beginning the apartment had a flood which took them 8 months to solve it, we thought it was rain water but it was actually sewage water.
