    Scheduled a tour twice for a total of 6 timeframes on their website, and had to wait for the tour to be approved for either available times I chose. Of course nothing was ever approved. Text their number and and the person on the other end text the link to schedule again. First off its a joke to even have people “text” and then to get generic responses is insane to me. Called and of course no answer. But you know what, thank you cause this just sets the tone for how it would be if we would have had a problem in our unit. Difficult, huh. Smh.

    Every time I call to make an appointment for a tour nobody ever picks up the phone... I'll get a text saying they will get back to me with a time and date but nobody ever calls back or email...

    We didn’t end up living here because it did not fit our personal needs BUT the staff is incredibly kind and helpful and I wish it would’ve worked out because it seems like a lovely place to live!
