  I had the pleasure of residing at the Heights in Puyallup. I lived there in 2022 - 2024. They have an awesome management and maintenance team. Both move in and move out experience was great. For the two years I’ve lived there I only had one maintenance request. They responded to my request promptly and professionally. I wish I had his name to shoutout. Guenevere the property manager is so amazing. She is professional and kind. Very prompt with responses and made my move out experience great.

  I lived at The Heights for almost 6 years. The property was always kept clean, security came through the parking lot at night, and maintenance responded to requests quickly. I only moved due to a new job - otherwise I would have probably stayed there forever! The new manager Guenevere is an absolute sweetheart; she’s kind, understanding, and very knowledgeable. She made the move-out process so easy and stress-free!!

  I love the heights! They are always willing to be understanding with work orders, package receiving, inability to pay rent exactly on time and work with you as long as you work with them. The new management company at first was terrible... The pool and hot tub was closed all summer, and the new manager Debora was terrible. Since the new manager Alexander Buckingham took over, the living has been much more enjoyable! He made sure to get the pool and the hot tub fixed - asap. The doors/gates/cameras that were on the property that did not work before... work now! I know because I have accidentally set them off... The property also allows pets now, whereas they did not before. Enjoyable Maintenance tech and Manager, I even sometimes visit after getting my mail etc just to say hi! Small community, great place. Only complaint is that the people above me are elephants. (I lived here two years ago, and NEVER heard anyone), just moved back a year go, and my new neighbor upstairs must have heavy feet. so don't worry, these apartments are GREAT at keeping sound inside of them. Sometimes I don't hear the front door when I'm in my bedroom.... Highly recommend.
