  Maintenance and office staff are so polite, friendly, and helpful. Any work orders I placed are worked on within a 2 day timeframe.

  I love living here. The manager, leasing agent, and maintenance staff are awesome. Submit a maintenance request and the staff is right on it. Using the club house to meet friends while still unpacking. Going from a large home to a 1 br apartment is a bit of a jigsaw puzzle getting everything to fit but with helper shelves in t he cabinets it does. I love the full sized washer and dryer! The complex feels secure. I walk my service dog late at night and saw security drive through. It is quiet too. Highly recommend.

  First moving here it was amazing but the longer you stay the more it becomes complete chaos & hell. Me & my husband first move here in January & everything was all good until we started to go out more & coming home turn into spending 10min trying to find parking & when ur pregnant you don’t want to park far but that’s what happens unless you pay for parking. They say everyone only allowed two cars but that’s doesn’t seem like they actually keep that rule intact cause everyone that lives here owns about 3-4 cars & they all must park their cars in front of their complex so it makes it very difficult when you have a baby during the cold weather. The apartments are all cheap materials, we have had are door fixed & it only last a month before it started to jam again, my husband side of the closet fell apart a week of us moving in & that’s cause they just use nails to put the wood back up instead of actually replacing it. Our cabinet broke & they said they would fix it in about a month, it has been two months now & nothing. That’s barely the Half of it. They up Rent without a letter or email when we first moved in rent was 1490 now it’s 1560. We didn’t receive no email or anything just saw the withdrawal from our account and was like oh okay I guess rent went up. Then if you want to move out they make it. Difficult no matter what you have going on in ur life they don’t care for it.must pay $3000 to move out when in ur lease agreement it doesn’t say anything like that at all. I DONT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE!! Specifically if you have babies or a minority
