    DO NOT LIVE HERE! Do not trust the past reviews they appear to have been written for a giveaway. Maintenance is absolutely terrible. My washing machine has been broken for over a month, and their excuse is that the part “isn’t in the budget.” Meanwhile, I am still paying full rent and utilities, even though a washer is supposed to be included. I’ve had to use a laundromat this entire time, which has added extra expenses. On top of that, my utility bill is outrageously high for someone who barely uses anything in the apartment and isn’t even in town half the month. To make matters worse, the water has now been out for over 24 hours with no prior notice. We were told it would be back on by 10 PM yesterday, then 10 AM today and now it’s past 11 AM, and there’s still no sign of it being fixed. Save yourself the trouble and live somewhere else.

    I moved into this apartment last year after signing the lease remotely for a 3‑bed, 3‑bath unit. Although I was initially disappointed with the condition in which it was handed over, the new management, front desk staff, and maintenance team have been very responsive. They committed to addressing the issues as much as possible and they followed through. Work orders and questions are always handled quickly. I recently renewed my lease for another year, and I would recommend this community to anyone looking for individual bathrooms, reasonable rent, and reliable maintenance.

    I am happy with the changes and updates done here recently. The staff/management has really turned this place around to what’s now a great, fun place to live. The little things they do for renter appreciation is a cool added perk!

    I have enjoyed my time living hear with no major complaints! It hasn’t been anything special but part of that has been a personal lack of using all the things available to me. Overall for the price I would recommend.

    The pool has been closed since July 2025. It was closed the year before as well. I believe it was open for maybe a month in 2025. They do not do any maintenance or landscaping. There is dog poop surrounding their maintenance managers apartment because the employees let their dogs go and dont clean it up. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Oh, and let me add that management will make mistakes, double charge, refuse to follow through with things and never call you back. I am in management and when I have an angry guest I do not let them berate my employees. I answer the phone. I fix the problem. I make sure my employees are protected and my clients stick around. Whoever let this manager stick around with such bad ratings is a joke.
