  i have been living here for 3 years now and would recommend signing with them if you are interested in looking for an apartment near campus. their maintenance may take a while sometimes when they get flooded with maintenance requests. but overall, a pretty good first apartment experience and they host multiple fun events and have good amenities.

  I’ve had a generally good experience living at The Grove in Pullman. The apartments are spacious, fully furnished, and convenient for students, especially with the bus routes to campus. Maintenance requests are usually handled in a timely manner, and the staff is helpful when issues come up. Like most student housing, it can get noisy at times, but overall it’s a comfortable place to live with solid amenities. The location is convenient, and it’s a good option for students looking for off-campus housing in Pullman.
