  Very helpful management! They were able to help me out when I locked my keys in my apartment (Again…). Highly recommend living here. Affordable, reliable, and great.

  Aspen is a nice place to live, its distant but still close enough to pullman that it's not overly busy tbh night, but an easy drive to campus

  I would not recommend living here to anybody. No one is ever at the front desk to help with any questions you might have. When I was trying to resign my lease i was told the prices online are not the actual prices and that they will be more because of fees. I ask them if they are just adding on fees without telling anyone and the girl on the phone literally told me yes they are. As for the units they are not nice and the pictures on Google are totally catfishing. as for the rest of the apartment complex, there was always trash everywhere. There is also somehow always something unsafe going on at Aspen Heights. I would recommend living at the Hills. They are cheaper. The units are nicer and they are not doing anything shady with adding on fees that aren’t advertised online.
