My mother was recently widowed, and had never bought or sold a home before. She felt overwhelmed at the idea of cleaning out the family home and getting it ready to sell. Vienna was kind, patient, a good listener, communicative and went above and beyond... even spending several weekends helping clean closets and do minor repairs. Once listed, we ended up getting multiple offers within the first week. My mother is now happily settled in her new home, stress-free.

Because of her efforts, we were able to sell 2 homes and buy our forever home all within a few months and that is only because of us having to wait on some very slow contractors who did a terrible job on a renovation. Vienna even helped us do touch up around the whole house to get it ready to sell! Had it not been for the slow contractors, Vienna could have had us all taken care of within a few weeks! Both our sales were on the market for mere days due to her diligence, ingenuity and stellar marketing. Not to mention the best kind of personality you could ask for in a real estate agent! I can't speak highly enough about Vienna and the work she puts in every day to take care of her clients. She had multiple homes on the market but she made us feel like we were her only clients.
