  We upgraded to a bigger unit here at Chapel Hill. The process was mostly smooth and the move in went great. We were given a good amount of time to move into our new unit which gave us the opportunity to really make sure our old unit was spotless and up to standards. However, once we were moved into our new unit, there were some small problems. Our dishwasher rocked, there was a hole in our kitchen, and some of the kitchen cabinets were sticky along with dirty carpets. Overall, those problems were minor. We submitted maintenance requests to have those problems fixed along with us deep cleaning the carpets ourselves. I highly recommend moving to the Crossings at Chapel Hill. Great location, hard working maintenance team, and the landscaping is always done well! A big thanks to the front office team, especially Litzy (who set up our upgrade) and Gabby (who helped answer some questions before our move)!
