  Cassy and the office team are great, and maintenance is on top of any issues. Moving in was a smooth process. The complex is well taken care of and is pretty quiet, would recommend moving here.

  I had an amazing experience finding my apartment here, and a huge part of that was thanks to Cassy. From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right place. not just any place. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made the entire process feel easy and stress-free, and was always quick to respond whenever I needed anything. What really stood out was how patient and understanding she was. She made sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way, and you can tell she truly takes pride in helping people. It didn’t feel like a transaction. It felt like she actually cared about making sure I found a place I could call home. The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere, but Cassy’s professionalism and kindness made the experience exceptional. If you’re looking for a place here, I highly recommend asking for Cassy. She made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and effortless. Thank you again for everything!

  I'm currently in the process of leasing an apartment and have had the absolutely worse experience with it. When we first started talking and began the process it was fantastic, a very good and engaging first conversation however it has only been downhill since. The week leading up to my move in date has been silent from their side, I've called every other day and have sent multiple emails to no response other than automated messages. The day I'm supposed to come in and sign and discuss the lease the office is closed and I was not informed that it would be.

  What a wild ride of a living experience. My husband and I lived here for 2 years, and at first it was amazing. Olivia and Austin ran a beautiful property with prompt maintenance, fun events and they kept the facilities immaculate. Reasonably priced, clean apartments with a quiet community. Then the management turned over and it all went south. Maintenence tickets began having longer run times, the management office was almost always vacant/didnt have anyone available for phone calls, rent increases began coming for the highest price point possible amongst our neighbors. When our lease ended we requested a renewal lease multiple times, for 4 months we did not receive one. We opted to submit our 30 day notice, sent in the appropriate paperwork, called the management office to confirm receipt multiple times and no response. The day we went into the office to turn in our keys, they had no idea who we were or that we were moving out. Seriously a hassle. Unhoused indiviuals began living behind the trash area, the trash compacter broke multiple times, which resulted in overflowing dumpsters all over the property. Several children in the community began terorizing other residents. Kids would be completly unserpvised in the pool area, and community buildings. They would regularly be climbing landscaped trees, and would cause significant damage, they would come to my apartment door and knock to pet my dog, randomly come up to my car in the parking lot as i was coming home to ask if they could pet my dog. My very last straw was when a member of maintenence asked us if we were homeless while utilizing the community car vacuum. He stated "I've never seen you here before". I would not recomend living here.
