  These apartments are infested with cockroaches, the staff turn a blind eye to the countless drug dealers, and drug deals that live and occur in the property. The rent is high because there is supposed to be two "on site laundry rooms" for the 90+ until I'm site, but there is only 1 working washer and dryer out of the 8 that is on site. Management has known about the issue for going on a year, and refuse to make the necessary purchases or do the necessary maintenance to keep these machines operating. 0/10 would not recommend anyone move here unless it's literally life or death.

  Lindsey was amazing helped out soo much super nice and friendly and did everything for us quickly.

  The apartments are homey and cozy and cute however the staff is extremely unprofessional dishonest and the apartments could be a great deal better if new management and staff were to be put in place.
