  I’ve had a really positive experience living here. For the past year, I have seen great improvements in the grounds and common areas. What really stands out, though, is the maintenance team, Stephen and Orthello really hustle. They are incredibly responsive, professional, and friendly. Any time I’ve submitted a request, it’s been handled quickly. They take the time to explain what they’re doing and make sure everything is fully resolved before leaving, which I really appreciate. The property manager, Schelene is also very friendly and it is clear that they care about the residents and work hard to keep everything running smoothly. Overall, it’s a good place to live, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed community with top-notch maintenance support.

  Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The manager at this complex is the best!! Great neighborhood with plenty of hiking and walking trails for me and my pup! Apartment was nice and clean and spaciousous and even includes an actual wood fireplace. Can't wait to enjoy the pool and hot tub in the summer. Parking is affordable compares to other places I have lived. Maintenance staff are friendly and fix problems quickly

  Don’t move here the water service is a steal you have to pay for the consumption of others, in addition to this they charge you a gas service, you have to pay for the electricity of the whole set they charge a garbage fee and free parking there is never availability
