I enjoy living here for the location and can now say for the staff at the property as well! It’s clear that the property manager Schelene truly cares about the property and the people who live here. She is professional, approachable, and consistently working to improve the overall experience for residents. You can tell she takes pride in her role and is committed to raising the standard of the community. Stephen, the maintenance director, has also made a huge impact. The difference in how the property is now maintained has not gone unnoticed. Work orders are handled quickly and you can see the attention to detail in the upkeep of the grounds and buildings. He and his team clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in the results. Together the team has put in a lot of effort to bring this property up to a better standard, and it does not go unnoticed. It’s refreshing to see a team that is so dedicated. I appreciate everything they’re doing and look forward to seeing the continued improvements.

The people responsible for fixing the problem have not shown up yet. They called and said they may not be able to get to the work before Wednesday. I have guests arriving that day.

Been a tenant for a few years now. Fair starter apartment. Maintenance issues are handled relatively quickly with friendly demeanor. Staff is friendly and will help with any issues should they come up... And they do come up at least a few times a year. Where this place falls short is in general upkeep/maintenance/improvements. The one successful improvement I've seen was the fixing of the frequent flooding of the Bldg. B security door. Great Fix! However the security door itself... A new electronic system was integrated over a year ago, but it never worked. People could just open the door by forcing it slightly. They've attempted a recent change that actually fixes this issue, but now we have to unlock the door from BOTH sides, entrance and exit. A bit inconvenient if you ask me... And the door doesn't self close anymore... It'll just stay open if you don't manually close it behind you. Of course not everything is managements fault... Some tenants are also very negligent of the rules... We've had very noisy nights given the thin walls when the quiet hours rules are not followed, people not picking up after their pets in the dog park area, and people disregarding the RESERVED parking spots, probably my biggest pet peve. I've had to tow at LEAST 10 cars from one of my 2 spots because people don't respect the reserved lettering on the ground. My suggestion for this would be reserved signs CLEARLY VISIBLE in front of every reserved parking spot. All in all, not the best place to live in, but not the worst. It comes with its fair share of issues, but with the direction management is taking things recently, I'm confident this place will be worthy of 4 stars or more in a few years time. Just keep up the improvements and take the feedback from your tenants... And maybe vet your tenants a little more 😅 Quick edit: Jumped the gun on the security door issues for Bldg. B. It was still being worked on when I wrote the above issues. The door now works properly, can't be forced open, opens from the inside without needing to unlock it, and actually SLOW closes now which is a nice addition as before the door would slam shut loud enough for the whole apartment bldg to hear/feel. Bumping it up to 4 stars as like I said before, the place just needs some renovations and they're heading in the right direction!

Shelene was flexible with me when it comes to helping me settle from out of state, after few complications we were able to find a solution that was suitable to all of us and I like the apartment.
