Moved in July, 2025 and personally have not had any concerns that have not been addressed by Property Manager, Devin. I was given a tour by Courtney, prior to Devin coming back as Property Manager, and she was personable, welcoming, and attentive during the lease signing process, which can be daunting. My kitchen sink had low water pressure when I moved in and I let Devin know and the faucet was replaced within 2 days. One of the lines on the water heater had a slow drip, which was repaired within 24 hours. The building I live in is quiet and the neighbors are great. Due to the age of the property, there could be some upgrades on the units, and the property could use some additional sprucing up, but since I moved in, I have seen positive changes happening. Devin has definitely made living here a positive experience.

Current Resident
I have been a resident of Capri Apartments for over five years, and upon my initial move-in, Devon, the manager at the time, extended exceptional kindness, making me feel welcome and at home. I have taken great pride in maintaining my apartment, both inside and out, and have respectfully been a good neighbor. As a result, I have encountered minimal issues; however, whenever a concern arose, Devon consistently demonstrated prompt and courteous responsiveness in resolving the matter. However, within those past five years, I have also experienced various challenging circumstances that have led to discomfort with my living situation. The primary factor being the frequent transitions in staffing with little to no communication regarding management changes and policies. Since Devon's return as property manager, the profoundly positive impact on the living environment at this community has made it habitable once again. I renewed my lease with Devon here at Capri Apartments because, during the course of a few months, I have witnessed him establish a more stable and secure environment. This is in stark contrast to the decline in quality that occurred during his absence. I observed numerous tenants vacate the premises during that period, and I was one of many who were ready to move out during those times of decline in leadership. Effective management entails fostering positive relationships with tenants, communicating clearly, and being responsive, all of which Devon consistently exhibits as manager. Personally, I feel comfortable, safe, and valued as a resident once again. Thank you, Devon, for your commitment to us tenants and this community, and for revitalizing our apartment complex.
Devon is a great manager here at Capri Apartments, but his role in making this community run efficiently, smoothly, and safely depends on good, respectful community members - that is, us, the tenants. If, as tenants, we show no lack of concern or responsibility in our roles, how can a property manager fulfill his duties? We, the tenants, play the most important role in the duty of a well-maintained property; it is not management. So, when I read all these other reviews about complaints regarding poor management, remember that, in order for management to do their job suitably, we must fulfill our responsibilities as tenants.
