- TCTammy courier2 days ago5.0With the lift here for 11 years and we haven't had really much trouble. Just a couple of tenets above us. And if you bad kids here, but overall it's really nice. Wish we had more I'd like get together time where we can meet our neighbors and have like a social thing with like Pizza or something. Where we could all meet and have time together again to know each other. And ashley and hannah and Kim are the office people. Adrian and Kevin and Bob are maintenance. And they're all just great to work with.

- FFFinDec 7, 20252.0I’ve been living here for 3 years, and one of the biggest ongoing issues is the limited parking space. It’s extremely frustrating to come home and struggle to find a spot, especially when so many cars in the lot look like they haven’t moved in months. There are multiple vehicles that seem to just sit there unused, taking up valuable parking spaces that residents with active, daily needs could be using. It feels like there should be better enforcement or a system in place to address long-term, unmoved vehicles. As it stands, the parking situation really affects the overall convenience of living here. The apartments themselves are decent, but the parking problem is something management seriously needs to fix.

Our apartment managers helped us to a great extent to get me and my family a spot to live here. We love the look and feel of our unit, and that it has all the right appliances .... fridge, microwave,stove, dishwasher and even a washer and dryer. Our neighbors are courteous and quiet, and everyone is super friendly here. We are blessed to have a place to stay and call home. It's also nice to be within a short walking distance or drive from local eats and shopping like Dollar tree, WinCo, Shell Gas, and Popeyes. Even a daycare close by if you need one. Apartment managers are super helpful and resourceful and have a great community room with a computer room...pool table.. exercise room with bathrooms and even a pool and hot tub for the summer months right outside the community room. Small parks for kids and a nice side walk for threw out complexs for dog walking or for fun.

Kimberly was super patient and helpful while going over the lease agreement with me. I loved the experience altogether. It was pretty stress free for me. Considering this is my very first apartment hunt, tour, and leasing that was all on my own. So the fact that it went as smoothly as it did, was a relief. I love my unit. I’m excited to get settled in and start living life here at Quilceda Creek!
