I have lived here since December 2022 and honestly I don't see myself going anywhere anytime soon! If you have any issues questions or concerns... Desiree, Christie and Davey are right there to help! The floor plans and apartments are amazing. The grounds are beautiful and minimal which fits the building perfectly. There are many amenities to enjoy and not to mention our staff hours out of the way to bring an apartment complex into a community with, BBQ parties, meeting our local police officers and their first "National Night Out!" Living in a secure building makes you feel so safe. Oh and best part... the are DOG FRIENDLY!!!! So many wonderful qualities who wouldn't want to live here!?!

We love living at The Hub! The apartments are so beautiful, new, and very updated. They may feel pricey to some people, but I truly believe you get what you pay for.
On top of the apartments themselves being beautiful, the staff that works there is great. We love Desirae, Christina, Ally, Davy, and James (all the folks from Fulcrum who manage the property). They’re always so happy and welcoming, and great to work with. Maintenance is awesome. I also love that they host events and really make the apartment feel like a community. Lastly, there are great amenities like a backyard space with grills, a fire place, and a large yard space. Its also super cool to have Pints Dog House on the first floor - gives the apartments the vibe of living in the city, like Seattle!
Overall, we have loved living here!! I would recommend to all my friends, family, and anyone thinking about moving in. 😊

The apartments are really nice, but they're pretty overpriced for what you get, especially considering how stagnant wages are.
There is only a small area at the back of the apartment to take your dog, so that's pretty annoying. But the area is really walkable.
There are a lot of negatives though. The walls are really thin, the parking spaces are pretty narrow and there's not enough room for everyone to park, and the restaurant on the bottom floor of the building has live music outside every weekend, so if you want to relax after a long week you won't have any quiet until after 9 p.m.
If you don't mind that is a pretty decent place, if you make enough money. But all in all, if you're on a tighter budget and not a fan of hearing music outside your window every Friday and Saturday night, you should look somewhere else.

Where do I even start.
1) first of all this place is crazy pricey for what you get. I know that the whole building is new but it is not worth the price and this is why…
2) parking: when signing on the lease the leasing office said we could pay for permit parking for an additional $30 a month per car or we can park “just across the street for free.” Obviously the cheaper option was, in their exact words “just across the street.” So I go to park after signing my lese and their “across the street” parking is half a mile away next to the bus station where lots of homeless people like to camp and as someone who gets off work at 1am I’m not walking half a mile in the dark. Then when you want parking there’s not evough spaces. Who makes a complex without providing enough parking. On top of that I was towed after parking for 20min. That’s right there were PLENTY of spots open and I just came home to eat real quick and walk my dog and I get towed after 20 min. They’re like grown up hall monitors
3) military: there’s three of us living in a two bedroom apartment and 2 of which are active duty army. About a week or two after we signed our lease we found the listing for this place on Facebook and saw they were offering military discount. We did not see it before nor did they inform us they were offering it so when we asked about it to help lower our crazy priced rent they just said no and that maybe it will be available when we re-sign the lease. Thank for letting us know after we sign the lease great
4) the garbage: I live in the back of the building and the garbage truck always comes every few days at 7 in the morning which is so annoying and always wakes and keeps me up considering I work so late. And if you live in the front of the building then the restaurant in the building blasts music and keeps you up late too so really the only way to get quiet is the middle of the building but expect the crazy thin walls they got here
5) small things: shared package room makes it easy for things to get stolen, the parking spots they do have are compact so good luck parking any vehicle not a tiny car if you can even park here, prepared to be mislead by the office ladies when signing, the elevators always smell so bad too
Anyways every place has their quirks but for what you pay here it is not worth it at all. Do yourself a favor and either find somewhere cheaper or find any other place if possible in the price range because all you get from this place is an empty wallet and a headache
