Great customer service, no pressure, very responsive, and goes the extra mile in providing guidance for home buyers. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

  When it comes to manufactured homes, Clayton Homes is one of the best! I visited Clayton Homes in Lacey and was met with very helpful and kind staff. Joseph greeted me when I came in, asked me questions to identify what I was looking for in my home and had great suggestions to meet my goals. Their homes are beautiful with great finishes. When inside their homes, you don't feel like you're in a manufactured home at all! When it comes to affordable housing this is definitely it! I recommend Clayton Homes to all my clients looking to build on land, add a DADU or upgrade their current manufactured home. Make sure to ask for Joseph when you stop by!

  We have had a very disappointing experience with customer service and the overall quality of our home. Hanley’s Construction Company, had one of their certified inspectors evaluate our roof. The inspection revealed that the underlayment is missing and that the shingles were nailed incorrectly. We also received written confirmation from the shingle manufacturer verifying that the roof was improperly installed. Both of these issues will significantly shorten the lifespan of the roof. When we contacted Clayton Homes to address these concerns, they were unwilling to assist and insisted that the findings were incorrect, despite the professional documentation we provided. More recently, we discovered that every window in the living space was also installed incorrectly, with no flashing added. This came to light after we noticed water damage to the trim boards and drywall inside the home. This home was built in 2021 and was not placed on our property until 2024. To encounter such serious construction issues in what is essentially a new home is extremely disheartening. We are deeply disappointed not only in the quality of workmanship, but also in the lack of support and accountability from Clayton Homes.
