  *Update* Thank you Nik for the apology letter. I appreciate the attention to my experience with your office. I hope moving forward, employees strive for excellence with each and every customer, especially during these unprecedented times. Again I appreciate the phone call and the letter. Felt very rushed (only had a hour time slot) We are first time home buyers so we had questions. Casey was very rude and kept blaming her lack of people skills and communication skills on being “new” or “not dealing with this on a daily basis”. Which does not excuse her attitude, behavior, and demeanor. Also a point, with COVID this was our first face to face meeting to ask questions, I understanding not having all the answers but to blatantly not show us documents and not explain the documents is completely unprofessional and misleading. Be kind, be understanding, be patient, most of all be professional. You were NONE of these things.

  Super helpful when I misplaced paperwork and had another copy ready for me within an hour! Definitely recommend Chicago Title for all your title and escrow needs. They are so nice and knowledgeable too!

  Did you know you as a home buyer that you can pick your own escrow company? You can and your realtor is legally obligated to tell you this! Awful experience here, never once saw the agent face to face, and they messed up the paperwork, missed closing, and blamed it on everyone but themselves! Please give your hard earned money to someone else, these people don't deserve it and they certainly won't work hard to earn it.
