  Stay away from this builder —I deeply regret buying a Toll Brothers home. The builders make decisions for their own convenience rather than considering the homeowners. For example, they installed the hot water tank in the middle of the garage, making it extremely difficult to park a car without hitting it, even though there was plenty of space on the other side. The bathroom vanity countertops were built with tiles instead of a proper solid-surface material, which comes across as a very cheap shortcut. To make matters worse, the front door was not installed correctly and would not close properly. I emailed them several times, but received no response. For safety reasons, I ultimately had to hire someone myself to fix the issue. Overall, the poor design choices, lack of quality, and complete disregard for customer service have made this a deeply disappointing experience.

  We have experienced the retaining wall falling down, and we tried to contact Toll Brother office Seattle. It has been more than 4 days that no repones!!! The city of Issaquah has really concerned about the safety of residence around. I do waiting for the response from this builder!!!!!

  I purchased a new construction house from Toll Brothers in January 2019. On the day of 05/09/2022, the main water service line underground after water meter had a major leak and I have to perform emergency fix. The plumber discover the cause is a cracked brass nipple where the thread just fall apart. Based on the broken part, the plumber provided the diognosis in written that it is due to either defective part or bad installation. Considering the pipe is several feet underground and never touched, and considering the normal life span for water service line which should last decades, plus the plumber's diagnosis, I believe the least Toll Brothers should do is cover the repair cost. However, it took me 3 weeks and a lawyer's letter to finally get in touch with someone from their side, as they were not responding to the communication as outlined in the contract. After finally connected to them, they simply don't want take responsibility of their mistake and reject the reimbursement request, saying it is just normal failure over time. I don't agree on their conclusion and very disappointed on how they handle this matter. Since I'm very disappointment with this business, I'm going to also share my previous bad experience with them although not seeking resolution for these at this time. When we purchased this property, it is advertised to be ready to move in on 10/2018 but eventually delayed to 01/2019. The paint color for the house is different than what is listed in the contract (which is a big reason for the purchase decision). Although they offered a repaint, but the color scheme that was listed in the contract is not an option. Also, we recently found out that they buried numerous construction waste under front yard.

  I am having bad experience with Toll Brothers. Bought a new house and always have to fix things. And all the time when you call them they say it is not under warranty. The problem with Toll Brothers that it seems they don’t use good contracts thats why issues are coming up even though I bought my house two years back. Now I have issue with the kitchen cabinet as they are splitting from the wall. Need to fix them soon before they fall.
