  Noel once again went above and beyond to resolve my issue. He quickly understood the problem, explained everything clearly, and fixed it efficiently and fast. This isn’t the first time Noel has helped me, and each experience has been consistently positive. His knowledge, and dedication really stands out. I truly appreciate his support and excellent customer service. Seriously need to give this man a raise, he is genuinely dedicated to making this place better.

  While looking at and touring multiple apartment properties, I had a feeling Kirkland Crossing was going to rise to the top and I was right. A big part of that is Kateryna who was my guide. She was so sweet, professional, informative, and had fantastic follow-up even though I will not be moving for 6 months.

  Very poor management. I was originally assigned a parking spot that was later given to someone else without any notice. Even though the agreement clearly states a 30-day notice is required, I was forced to select a new spot. The elevators frequently have issues, and the guest room has been under repair for nearly six months. Also be aware of the extremely high move-out costs, especially for painting and cleaning.
