Bad experience so far after only a few months – would not recommend. I’ve only been living here for a few months, and the experience has already been disappointing. The leasing office is incredibly disorganized, which raises serious concerns about how things will be handled in the long run. When we moved in, I asked about a standard move-in inspection (something every apartment should do), and I was told they simply don’t do them. That’s a huge red flag, especially when it comes time to move out and deal with potential charges. On day one, we noticed a broken door and shelf. I reported it right away—maintenance came and fixed the door, but the shelf was never taken care of. Even after two follow-ups and maintenance visits, it’s still not resolved. At this point, we’ve just given up on it being fixed. Parking is another headache. Like many others have mentioned, it's a mess. We were originally told we could pay for an extra spot—now they say that’s not an option anymore. On top of that, we were warned that cars without parking stickers would be towed, yet we never received one in the first place despite giving all our information when we moved in. Overall, there are a lot of red flags that make me uncomfortable about continuing to live here. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed and reliable apartment community.

ZERO STARS. Dear other tenants, please review RCW 59.18.280. Here is the last email I sent to their office: ...[Y]our email was not comprehensive and did not address my full concerns. This makes me want to take a day off of work so I can stand in your office until my questions are answered. Because my time is valuable, my best option is to summarize below for you: 1) You failed to meet the legal requirements in providing backup to the charges in any form within 30 days of move out. Not only this, but no backup was provided following my dispute. My address changed for a reason that was NOT my choice. I informed your office well ahead of when I moved AND had 30 days of mail fwding. Due to this, you have zero right to impose these charges. You have nothing to prove that this is damage "beyond normal wear and tear of the premises" AND IF YOU DO you failed your timeline to provide this to us, legally. [RCW 59.18.280] 2) You submitted a NON ACCURATE bill to collections after FAILURE OF DUE DILIGENCE surrounding contacting us for the balance. We recieved no mail and no email following the dispute. If you sent this corespondance to the wrong address, that is NOT my fault, but the fault of the office. If you needed paperwork additionally for your office besides my multiple attempts to inform your address of the mailing update, that is NOT my fault, as this was NOT communicated to me, and such is the fault of your office. 3) EVEN AT THIS TIME AFTER ALL OF THIS CORRESPONDENCE: You STILL have not provided a single document relating to the carpet dispute (i.e. pictures, invoice of original carpet install, extent of life statement from flooring vendor, from which to estimate remaining carpet life). This, at this point, is silly. Silly enough that I hope, sincerely, that I get to correspond with your regional about how you've chosen to approach this situation and have driven us to resort to legal action. Cheers, [Past Tenant]
