- MAMaddie AndersonSep 4, 20251.0Bad experience so far after only a few months – would not recommend. I’ve only been living here for a few months, and the experience has already been disappointing. The leasing office is incredibly disorganized, which raises serious concerns about how things will be handled in the long run. When we moved in, I asked about a standard move-in inspection (something every apartment should do), and I was told they simply don’t do them. That’s a huge red flag, especially when it comes time to move out and deal with potential charges. On day one, we noticed a broken door and shelf. I reported it right away—maintenance came and fixed the door, but the shelf was never taken care of. Even after two follow-ups and maintenance visits, it’s still not resolved. At this point, we’ve just given up on it being fixed. Parking is another headache. Like many others have mentioned, it's a mess. We were originally told we could pay for an extra spot—now they say that’s not an option anymore. On top of that, we were warned that cars without parking stickers would be towed, yet we never received one in the first place despite giving all our information when we moved in. Overall, there are a lot of red flags that make me uncomfortable about continuing to live here. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed and reliable apartment community.
