My experience with staff has been pleasant and I luckily have never encountered any inconvenience. The location is also pretty convenient (accessible parks and trails, nearby grocery stores) for people that do not want to deal even more with the horrible daily traffic.
- TQTony QuJul 28, 20231.0Definitely a nagtive rate since the new management, Waterton took over this apartment. 1. Don't expect to get help from staff on time. They just disappear during the narrow work time (10am - 6pm) without any notice. They also never respond any emails until you follow up ten times. 2. Nothing works in this building. Elevators smells disgusting and elevator's been broken far longer than it's been working since I moved in. As for today 7/28, it's still not working. Garbage chute closes frequently and there were almost two weeks people have to bring their garbage to second floor and the garbage room is overflowed wtih smell. Carpet never being washed and looks very dirty. 3. The handy recycle flat cart is gone, water and wipes in gym is gone, the trash can near the package locker is gone. Waterton is desperately to reduce the operation cost of this aprtment without thinking our experience. 4. Latch, the electronic locks is extremely stupid. Be prepared to spend meaningless time on unlocking the elevator and your door everyday. 5. Bike storage doesn't exist. Everyone can break in and just steal bikes they like. I have to say staffs here are pretty friendly and the one should be scolded is the management company. But still, I would not rate this place as a nice plact to stay.
