  This apartment nestled in Juanita & we were able to move in after renovations were done on the unit. The apartment itself is fine, more than a few things I had to contact maintenance about initially — but what makes this place special is the leasing team, Natalie and daisy, and maintenance team Adrian and drew! They go above and beyond and make you feel like family. Bridlewood hosts events on holidays, landscaping is well maintained, overall great affordable place to live at!

  My family and I just moved in and oh my goodness what a fantastic place! To start, Daisy at the leasing office is so incredibly nice, warm and knowledgeable! Daisy was so fast getting back to us both with the apartment tour and after we applied, again she is lighting fast, truly an honor to get to live here with such fantastic people. The kind people in maintenance always say hi and are always super helpful. 10/10!

  TL:DR - Couldn't stand being here much longer than a year and it is mostly the building and management's fault. A poorly constructed building that over-charges for the space. It has come down that they're renovating units as people turn-over but it's new paint on junk bones. Neighbor with a camera facing the parking lot, neighbor who is a J6 insurrectionist, and the cops came looking for the guy who lived in the unit before me. An employee who went to a different property barged in without notice when I was working remote one day. The management staff apparently has a wild amount of turnover as I have rarely seen the same person in office month-to-month. There is no reason, fiscal or location, to live here within the next five to ten years before they replace the plumbing and wiring.
