- SESheri EberhardtFeb 25, 20255.0My son just purchased a home in this community. It appears to be in pretty early stages but it sounds like it will be a beautiful community when finished. We've lived in Hansville for 20 years and while I understand some people being upset about this going in - it is an upscale beautiful community and it's bringing something we need to the area. Housing! There has been a shortage too long. I do agree on a certain level that it may be too many homes but I hope they stick to the plan of adding all the parks and forest trails which will keep it pretty and family friendly and the homes are high quality and beautiful. My son has been looking to move back out to this area for Eight Months and NOTHING has been worth the price or even much available that's decent. This gave him the opportunity to finally find and own a new home in a beautiful area.
