  If you’re thinking about moving here, be prepared for the typical “landlord special” — cheap, terrible latex paint slapped everywhere and carpets that look like they were just washed instead of actually replaced. You also won’t be sleeping past 8 AM. The landscaping company they hired regularly lets their mowers sit there idling right next to the apartments, loud as hell. It happens early and often. Parking is basically nonexistent. Management lets random cars sit and rot for months (or years) without towing them. Apparently a car can sit there for two years and nobody will do anything about it. Security is practically nonexistent too. My car has been broken into multiple times, and there’s no real effort from management to address it. The complex is also right next to an elementary school, and a lot of parents don’t seem to tell their kids not to run out in front of cars, so you constantly have to be on alert driving through. Bottom line: this place isn’t quiet, it doesn’t look good, and the neighbors can be rude and dirty. The inspectors are useless and will tell you everything is “fine” even when it clearly isn’t. Honestly, only live here if you absolutely have to because it’s cheap.

  They added a nuisance collection account for ~$60 after moving out which hurt my credit score by 80 points. I had offered to pay right before moving and was told I'd be notified of the balance to pay. Never received a letter and 3 months later a collection on my credit report. Stayed here for 8 years. The experience left a really bad taste.
