I don't normally leave reviews, but I felt I need to let people know to stay far away from here. The apartments look nice, but they are mold traps. Despite a dehumidifier running 24/7, mold creeped in in an unacceptable rate. Mold is a part of life in the PNW, but when dry brand new clothes and shoes grow mold overnight in a dry closet, there's an insulation problem. When we moved I had to scrub the whole place free of disgusting black mold. My parents were surprised I didn't come down extremely ill.
Besides mold, the office also does not respect your space and privacy. They were in my apartment once a week the entire year I lived there, sometimes with "notice" that they could show up any time in the following four weeks any day of the work week. They expected us to lock up our pets during this time as well, as if I'm going to abuse my pet by locking her in a cage for 8 hours straight for four weeks straight. Multiple times during their excessive renovation, they forgot to lock my door, and even worked with my front door wide open.
They use multiple companies for these renovations, many of whom enter your apartment unsupervised. It came to the point where I was photographing my belongings because I had no idea who would be in my apartment and when, or if they would secure my apartment afterwards. When I asked for them to be supervised, the office was incredulous.
Parking is also a nightmare, with guest parking being taken often by tennants and only 24 hours. Forget having any visitors, your lease says you can't have more than two, so my own family was not as my lease stated allowed to visit me for an afternoon because I have parents and a brother.
Save your money, there are plenty of apartments in the area that are more well built with a better office.
