  You will absolutely hate to pay so much in rent to not even be able to live comfortably in your own home if you sign a lease at this apartment complex. Don’t make the mistake I did by going based on the good reviews and friendly leasing office ladies. There are lots of older senior citizens living on the first floor at this apartment complex which means endless noise complaints. After so many noise complaints filed to the leasing office by our downstairs elderly neighbor, she began reporting false domestic disputes leaving us and the police confused. One of the worst things about this complex is that if someone files a complaint, which they will. The leasing office automatically faults you, they don’t even bother asking you about the credibility of the complaint. They also have unreasonable fees for everything. Utilities are unfairly charged. The parking situation is not the best. I left my card unlocked one night and it was rummaged through. It costs $3000+ to get out of your lease so please be mindful of that. The location is good and convenient. I saw someone upload a post asking for recommendations on an apartment complex and someone flat out told them to stay away from this complex due to similar issues and I wish someone would would’ve told me this before I signed what felt like an eternal lease.

  Just moved my mom into these. I’m very happy for her. She has had wonderful interactions with the staff so far and it feels very safe and quiet. I was very surprised with how well the units seem to be sound proof and the finishes inside are above standard, at least for her unit. On the exterior, the lush, well-maintained landscaping and ample trees make you feel serene and removed from the concrete and hustle and bustle of the busier, more congested areas of the city. Can’t great traffic at all once in the unit, yet it is close to a major roads to get onto the highway quickly and anywhere in Tri-Cities within 15 minutes or less. In fall, the property looks gorgeous. Only thing I can suggest so far is more access to dumpsters in order to throw trash away. My mom hurt her knee and she has to limp over to the distant dumpster on a bad day with a full garbage bag. Not the most ideal. Some of the outdoor lights are not functioning so it is dark in some areas and it would be nice to have better/more lighting when going in and out at night.

  I lived here for a little over 2 and a half years with my partner and all I can say is that it was WONDERFUL. Cymbre was incredibly nice and helped us navigate all of our paperwork as a young couple venturing out on our own for the first time. The complex is clean, maintenance was always timely, and rent was fair for the experience we had. I would 100% rent here again, and recommend it to anyone.

  Close to shopping & restaurants. The office staff is an absolute joy to work with. Everyone (Rebecca, Brandy & Cymbre) in there has helped with any issue we've had or maintenance requests. They our move so easy & stress free. We are very happy here.
