We lived here for two years. The apartment itself was nice & we never had too many issues with anything major breaking or needing maintenance. The parking here is atrocious, if you want an assigned spot you have to pay $55 monthly, and good luck if you ever have anyone visiting you because there’s rarely any open spots. There’s also people who will park multiple immobile cars for weeks taking up spots, even though that is against the rules. The pool is not really enjoyable in the summertime because people put a chair on the gate to keep it open and people who live nearby (not at the vue) bring tons of people and anyone is allowed in so it gets really overcrowded quick. Someone’s dog ran in one time while I was there. Management and leasing office employees are constantly changing, there’s a lot of turnover. I feel like most of the reviews on here are true.

Been here for a few months now. Application and move-in was very easy, management is very helpful and maintenance is very quick. I really like my apartment and the community is always kept very clean.

I had a very sad experience of living in Vue Issaquah . When I checking in, I informed the administration that the contract was concluded only for this period, 7 months. 15 days before the end of the contract, I gave written notice of our eviction. And now they are demanding almost $1,500 from me for what I need because I didn’t give them 20 days notice. In addition, during the period of residence on the territory of the complex, my son's bike was stolen, despite the fact that it was parked with a lock. I contacted the administration of Vue Issaquah , but no assistance was provided. This confirms the improper fulfillment of their obligations to ensure the safety of the territory.
