  We had an amazing experience working with Solution Partners NW and Nancy Hill for both selling our home in Auburn and purchasing our new home in Enumclaw. We had a very specific list of things we wanted in our next home, and those features were hard to find in Enumclaw — but Nancy found them. She delivered exceptional real estate service, stayed on top of every detail, and worked within an extremely tight timeline as we were about to have our second child. She made sure we were able to move in before the baby arrived, and the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and truly one of the best home-buying experiences we’ve ever had.   Nancy Hill of Solution Partners NW is an outstanding realtor. I contacted her in 2023 and told her that I wanted to downsize from my large house in the Tri Cities to a small condo nearer to my daughters. Nancy took my daughters and me on several tours of Providence Point in 2023 and again in 2024 and helped me find the condo that I eventually purchased. Then she helped me manage all aspects of the escrow process while I was still 200 miles away selling my house and getting rid of furniture. She also introduced me to an excellent contractor who completely remodeled my condo before I moved in. There is no way I could have managed the entire process from the Tri Cities without Nancy's continued willingness to help me. Thank goodness I found her!

  Real Estate Brokers are professionals that can be daunting to approach, much like car salesmen. The concern is whether their priority is in our best interest or in their commission. Through the decades, my family has necessarily worked with NUMEROUS realtors for investment purposes. Nearly all have cared more about pushing through the transaction and their bottom line than their fiduciary duty/our best interest. I had reached out to Nancy because I saw her market her services for tenant placement. I kept her information for a few weeks just to see how I would fair on my own first. I had finally reached out to Nancy because I felt uncertain about my first residential, rental property on the Eastside (Issaquah, WA). I have more history with renting commercial properties in Seattle, which feels like a completely different arena than residential. This is especially concerning because WA state policies protect the tenant more than property owners. I provided Nancy my contact and property information, then also mentioned my amateur, 2 week listing on Zillow. After viewing it, she immediately informed me I had a very solid listing. She asked a few questions and provided valuable thoughts and advice for free, including additional resources to utilize, an adjustment to my deposit price for applicants and well as the monthly rate based on the current market, and additional photos I should include. She then finished with the exact verbatim below: “I think you can do this on your own and not spend more money. Of course I will I am happy to help, but I think you will be successful.” Fiduciary duty at its best right here! I always write down go-to’s for all industries. Her name is now down for any and all my future, property transactions and realtor referrals. I highly recommend supporting Nancy, as she will absolutely support you.
