It’s safe, clean and maintenance is always outside patrolling and available. Another plus is it’s very kid friendly. A lot of the kids play outside together during the warmer months. It’s also quiet and neighbors are all friendly

An elderly couple from Korea live above me (building 16) who do not care about the rules that are established in these apartments, who are constantly doing something day and night and making a lot of noise. I understand during the day when everyone is working but the noise and in the evenings when people are resting, and what can be done at night I cannot understand at all when everyone is sleeping at 1am, at 3am you can go crazy. The office does not care about this, the main thing is that you pay, I am waiting for this day when I leave here and will not return.
