  I currently live at Terra Apartments in Federal Way, WA, and the security situation here has become extremely concerning. My packages have been stolen multiple times, and it feels like there are very few effective measures in place to prevent this from happening. Another major issue is that residents frequently leave the building doors open, which completely defeats the purpose of having secured entrances. I have also seen people waiting near the doors to get inside, and it is impossible to know whether they actually live in the building or not. This creates a serious safety concern for residents. Package theft and uncontrolled access to the building should not be normal in a place where people are paying to live. Management needs to take stronger action to improve security, enforce door policies, and ensure that residents and their belongings are properly protected.

  I have never worked with a more put-together leasing office team. Danielle has been beyond supportive, extremely efficient, and so informative during my application process. Even after moving in, I continue to be impressed with the level of professionalism and care. I would gladly work with this leasing team over and over and highly recommend them!
