  I recently moved in at the end of July, it is really quiet and relaxing. My neighbors are friendly but very quiet. My apartment is very spacious and for the price it's great! I work in downtown Seattle and the commute is well worth it but only 10 minutes longer than where I previously lived which was in Bellevue. I have not had the pleasure of meeting with the office management as I rented directly from the owner of my condo. But imagine we will meet soon as you must register your vehicle and pets with the office upon moving in. Which is an additional great measure they take in keeping up with this property and ensuring all tenants have the best experience. There is always parking when I get home right infront of my apartment which is very convenient. There are stores, pet grooming, salon, and restaurant right around the corner. There is a huge shopping center (H mart) very close and to top it off a beach, hiking, fishing, parks and camping with in a few miles!

  (READ WHOLE REVIEW) I currently live here and enjoy the apartment as it's my first. Out dated but the price is fair. Quick move in process. Basic apartment. CONS: My upstairs neighbors obviously have NO LIFE and enjoy throwing food off their balcony to feed the squirrels right outside my patio on the first floor... Now, problem with that is.. Its not only attracting squirrels... Its attracting RATS AND MICE! And they are BIG. I keep a very clean home and when my boyfriend sends me a video at work of RATS eating what the neighbor's are throwing off the balcony and running into a bush less then 5 feet from my sliding glass door.. It freaks me the #!$@ out! I've complained over and over and over and over and recorded 5 videos of the rats plus the 3 videos my boyfriend recorded and showed a few to the office. They pass out a letter saying stop feeding the animals... Of course they don't stop and as of 10 minutes ago did it again. I just complained again on the phone. Throwing food off your balcony doesn't bother me... but the RATS, MICE and possible ANTS and ROACHES DO scare me. I'm going to call the property OWNERS to try and get a resolution.. But as of now I'll say DONT MOVE HERE. I'm in the process of looking for a new place since I can't have my sliding glass door open for fear of RATS AND ROACHES. 07.04.17 SUMMER TIME HEAT.
