  I toured this apartment not long ago I had a very good tour and was actually looking to move into the apartment The units themselves are pretty Nice for the price and the location is very convenient. There is also a lot of natural light in the units at least the ones I looked at and the amenities are pretty decent as well. The limited parking situation was a turn off for me but there's very little a complex can do about that especially when it's in the heart of Federal Way. The thing that really drove me nuts is that the communication was not very good I tried through the website to schedule my tour and it wouldn't allow me to do that I then went and tried to schedule to review email and did not get a response back so I finally called and was able to get a tour scheduled. When I tried to come back for a second tour to find out if I really did plan to go to that apartment I never received an email back and I felt like that was a foreboding sign that communication would be lacking at this apartment complex so ultimately I did decide to go elsewhere.

  These apartments are in a really great location with easy access to PAC hwy, the 18 , and the 5. Not the best neighborhood but it’s not Bellevue… The prices are very affordable for the amenities you get and the manager is very helpful and responsive to my concerns.

  I met the manager Kristina and she was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. You can tell that she cares about her residence and the property. She was literally amazing!!

  The management has really went down I've been calling for over a month for maintenance issues have not got a answer or return call. I had to call their corporate office after so many attempts.. Now we'll see how much they care. And how long will they take because my rent is paid up to date.

  They must have thin walls since their reasoning for impounding peoples cars who back in park is because the fumes will get through the walls
