  The maintenance of the facilities is not great. They painted the apartments but the paint was not great quality so now it is all coming off. Could be much nicer looking if the landscaping was kept up.

  We recently purchased a fourplex at that apartment community, and it needed significant work to bring it up to standard. Ashley and the rest of the property management team went above and beyond in helping us through the process of renovation as well as lease up. She gave us high quality contractor recommendations; she supported us when contractors needed access to the units for a bid as well as to complete the work; finally, she also did a great job giving us feedback on their work after it was completed. In some cases, she even called out specific times when the contractor would produce below bar work. The team has a strong focus on ensuring the apartment community is kept up to a high standard to ensure a great experience for the community residents.

  Not a good place to live in. The unit they gave us was poorly maintained and when it’s raining, the walls get very moldy. We address it to them, but meeting their residence needs are like their least priority.

  This place is pretty nice. Quite most of the time, nice neighbors, close to shopping and eating. The only downside is that they only have one maintenance guy so getting things fixed or taken care of can take forever. The rent and utilities isn't to bad either compared to the place I lived prior!
