  The house has alot of noise. Someone accessed my apartment and left a pair of socks on my kitchen counter.

  since the building got new ownership the declined of it has dropped dramatically. It no longer feels like we are cared for as residents and the workers have no knowledge of surroundings or if aware seems like it takes FOREVEEEER for things to resolve.The amount of non garbage covering and blocking the garbage and recycle is absurd ,this NEEDS TO STOP,the pool is in the worst condition ever,the entrance gate has been broken for about 3months, and theres a pot hold in the main driveway who knows when that will get fixed....very disappointing.

  I do not recommend moving to this property due to ongoing safety and management issues. The building does not feel secure. Homeless individuals roam around freely on property, and there have been multiple instances of unknown people knocking on residents’ doors and windows late at night asking to be let in. This is extremely concerning. Package theft is a frequent problem. Residents are also charged a monthly fee for trash pickup; however, the service is not provided consistently. Repairs are not completed in a timely manner, and there is no longer any onsite maintenance available, which makes resolving issues even more difficult. Since the property was taken over by a new management company (Asset Management), overall conditions have significantly declined. The property manager, Christine, and her assistant have been rude, unprofessional, and dismissive when concerns are raised. Instead of addressing issues, complaints are often brushed off in a disrespectful manner. Due to these ongoing problems, I would not recommend this property to prospective tenants.

  I was set up for appointment today 1.12.2026 with Tyler. He told me he will be gone but someone will be able to help me rent a place. The lights in the office was on and I can see a lady but she is not opening the door. We drove from Portland, Oregon. She must not want us to live here. She should at least let us know what is going on. The sign says their open. We waited over 1 hour. She just close the blinds on us. We will go somewhere else somewhere more welcoming. STAY AWAY THIS PLACE HAS FAKE REVIEWS
