You can call and call, email, etc as we are instructed to do, only to be met with silence. This is for all issues. I am appalled. I’ve been a wonderful tenant, I pay rent on time and early, I don’t cause disruptions…. I simply would like my plumbing fixed so I can use the kitchen…. Also there are MANY fake reviews on here guys, for your sake do NOT move here. They will try to scam you with renters insurance coming up with every excuse why they can’t take your renters insurance you didn’t get with the company they partner with and then charge you $10 a month. It’s sad. The office managers were also seen “moving” my package from the mail room into her car? When I confronted her she said she was just moving it to keep it safe… okay but into your car right outside the office?

Ever since the new management company, Asset Living, took over, the property has gone downhill. My unit has mold, and I was told someone would come look at it. No one ever showed up. Later, they tried to blame me for the condition of the apartment without even inspecting it. The lack of communication and concern for residents is extremely disappointing. I’ve lived here long enough to know this isn’t how things used to be. Tenants deserve better.
