Ready to move out and we get hit with the "since you didnt give us a 20 day notice of leaving you will have to pay a reletting fee of 1000+ dollars". I normal dont review places but this place is no where near worth the price of rent. Parking is horrible, if you get off work late you will never find a spot to park. this complex does not fit everyones car per unit and seems like most people here love to work on their cars while drinking and listening to music on weekends. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

- JJJessicaFeb 18, 20261.0Our lease is coming to a end and we will not be renewing after a year staying here. They charge you for every little thing. Parking here is terrible and if you have two cars you’re gonna have to pay for a $50 carport every month because there will not be any parking after 5pm. They charge you for a admin fee , electricity fee even when you pay your own electricity they charge you extra for the lights outside, pest control fee and a lot more. You will have like $300-$400 extra on top of your rent. If you’re late on rent they will charge you a $25 service fee for delivering paper to your door. Just would not recommend this place.

The new management company is completely awful and doesn't care about its tenants at all. The water heater busted and our whole apartment flooded and they expected us to stay there and pay full rent even though our apartment was completely unlivable. It physically made me sick from mold growing. We have since moved and they are trying to harass us.
