  Awful property. Awful company. We were there almost 7 years. It used to be good. The new management company is completely awful and doesn't care about its tenants at all. The water heater busted and our whole apartment flooded and they expected us to stay there and pay full rent even though our apartment was completely unlivable. It physically made me sick from mold growing. We have since moved and they are trying to harass us.

  I lived at this complex for over a decade and watched it steadily go downhill. The most important thing to know is that there are two drug houses on East Gibson RD, one of which is directly across the street. The elementary school children have to wait at the bus stop with drug addicts and unhoused persons around. The drug house "customers" also use the Saratoga Parking Lot to park when they walk across the street to buy drugs. And, they park by the entrance where the bus stop is. There is constant crime on the property including stolen packages, car prowling and car theft. The office no longer accepts packages and they do not have package lockers. The mail boxes get broken into often so don't put outgoing mail in the slot and check your box every single day. There was even a shooting a couple of summers ago in the parking lot area. There are almost daily problems with homeless people sleeping and consuming drugs around the property. It usually ends up being the residents who have to deal with the unhoused persons. I have personally seen needles and drug paraphernalia on the grounds a lot; basically daily. I have personally seen a woman half naked changing clothes on the property after sleeping near the dumpster. I have personally seen drug abusers walk from the drug house onto the property, consume drugs and vomit. I have even seen used condoms on property. You should know that there has been a mass exodus at this complex and most of the good people have left because of all the issues here. There is another issue with certain people that live at Saratoga thinking the rules don't apply to them. They have too many cars and a lot of them are junkers that they are constantly working on. Or, there is another group who use the parking lot to run their used car sales business out of and they are also constantly working on cars. There is never enough parking and nothing is ever done about it. There has been ongoing issues with people leaving garbage all over the grounds. People leave old oil and car chemicals all over too. There have been a few little fires on property, mostly because unhoused people are starting warming fires. Ask if the plumbing has been replaced before renting a bottom floor apartment or be ready to have your unit flood. A lot of the problems at this complex are because the area has gotten so bad with homeless and drug addiction but a lot could be done by Property Management which you should know is no longer on-site. They only have a Leasing Agent on site. You need a Property Manager on site to be able to deal with issues. A good indication of how bad living here has become is the fact that they are charging way less in rent than they used to. People who have lived there a long time are paying more than new residence in rent. It may be a good price but it is a horrible location with horrible problems, especially if you have children. It is not safe and do not let your children play unsupervised and don't let them walk to and from the bus alone. You should also know that the area has gotten really bad with tween and teen gang issues and violence. Like I said, a lot of the problems here are due to the issues in the area. But there is a lot that needs to be done on property too.

  I came here with a friend to tour. I appreciated it being tucked away from busy streets. They have cute dog park and the indoor pool is hard to find. The staff were all very helpful. Terra and Melanie were sweet and very understanding. Jesse layed out step by step process for my friend and working g with their time frame. I notices how clean the grounds were. Applause to Victor for keeping them up.
