  I was helping my friend move last month and had to come to the office to translate. Amanda is the most helpful person, she had all the answers. I translate alot for my friends because they have a hard time with paperworks. She used her phone to translate even though I was there and treated my friend with so much respect. Amanda doesn't speak Spanish but she made effort to communicate with Hector and treated us so nice. She even gave us information on schools and told my friend he could ask for help anytime. When you don't speak English, not many people are nice to you. Amanda went out of her way to communicate and she was kind. Thank you for that.

  I would like to Thank the Supervisor of Maintenance for the outstanding and timely job he did replacing my hot water heater! Thank You!!!

  I lived here for about 4 years now and we haven’t had any horrible experiences that made us want to move. I mean we get the occasional loud neighbors and all that. But other than that we haven’t had anything happen to our property. The office management is really nice. The neighborhood isn’t as good but then again it’s Everett, there’s worse.

  THEFT!!!!! i have been here 8 months and i have had my truck broken into 6 times my storage on the back broken into 1 and stuff locked on that back stolen!!!! do not live here if you like your stuff
