- TMTeylor Miller1 day ago1.0They closed out my maintenance request after almost a month without coming to assess the work and also failed to reach out, when asked why this happened I was told “There are a lot of maintenance requests, you aren't the only one. We also just had someone come back from vacation.” vacation time is a privilege, especially if you’re so short staffed with a lot of of maintenance requests to fill. Office/maintenance staff is highly unprofessional, and don't seem to care at all. Still waiting for them to resolve the matter but I have little to no faith this will be taken seriously or resolved. Hopefully I can update this if proven wrong.
