  I really enjoyed my time living at this community. The apartment itself was comfortable and well laid out, and the surroundings made it a pleasant place to come home to every day. The staff onsite were always easy to talk to and genuinely cared about residents, which made a big difference. Anytime I needed maintenance, they handled it promptly and professionally. Overall, the property was consistently well kept, and management clearly takes pride in creating a positive living environment. I'd happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and well run apartment community.

  Had a great experience moving into Latitude apartment on Gibson Road. leasing manager's Jaiden was extremely helpful and made sure everything went smoothly, it's nice to feel welcomed by management right from the start.

  I personally have been living here for some time and quite enjoy it. Despite being next to 128th which is known for its riff Raff and negative social aspects however living here I'm not even reminded of any of that. Nicely isolated from all of that and just outside the complex is a transit bus stop which allows for easy mobility if you're not mobile yourself! There's dog park as well and suitable living for small or big families

  I went on a tour with Geena last week and although I didn’t lease an apartment the property was beautiful and Geena was super helpful
