  I've visited the community several times and was blown away by how nice the homes and community spaces are. Their resident lounge is enormous and open until 10, so it's easy to pop down for a coffee, game of pool, or to watch the Olympics on one of the tvs. Some folks have complained about security, but it feels like the building/garage are as secure as any other in the area. While access is controlled, you still need to be mindful of not making your car an obvious target by keeping valuables or tools just sitting out. The site staff are super friendly!

  I put in a services request and within an hour James came. He was vey professional, polite and most importantly he respected my space. And the work was done fairly quickly and professionally.

  James on the maintenance team was super communicative and helpful with some repairs needed to be done in my unit. Quick, efficient, and professionally friendly. The whole team lately has been quick to respond with stellar communication skills.

  Kinect at Broadway is honestly a great place to live. The amenities are really well done and actually useful — clean, modern, and easy to enjoy on a day-to-day basis. It’s clear the property is well cared for. What really makes the difference is the staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about the residents. Anytime you need something, they’re quick to respond and always pleasant to work with. The location couldn’t be better. You can walk to just about everything — restaurants, coffee shops, stores — which makes life so convenient. And if you want to get out for some fresh air or views, the waterfront is just a short drive away. Overall, it’s a comfortable, convenient place to live and I’d definitely recommend Kinect at Broadway.

  I strongly advise against renting here. From the very first day, my experience has been nothing short of terrible. On my first day moving in, my wardrobe was stolen. Later, my apartment was broken into again, and all my valuable jewelry was taken. When I reported it, management claimed they could not check the security cameras, even though there are cameras everywhere, which left me feeling completely unsafe and unsupported. The rent is extremely high for the lack of security, and the staff are rude, unhelpful, and discriminatory. I repeatedly felt mistreated, and at times, I even suspected employees may have been involved in the thefts. Overall, this property is unsafe, poorly managed, and not worth the money. I regret ever renting here and will never return.
