My dishwasher has been out of commission for over a month. I send a request every week. I have ONLY received acknowledgement when I have shown that I know my rights… and point out to them that the State of Washington has maintenance schedules in place. Hangar 128 is deeply, and troublingly in breech of my contracted lease. I have contacted the Washington State Bar regarding renters rights and lease holder’s responsibilities… guess how long a landlord has to fix your drywall, spoiler it’s not 76 days.
