  To anyone looking for a place to live in Everett, I strongly advise against this location. Management doesn't do their job; they don't monitor the parking lot or enforce the contract policies that state there shouldn't be vehicles without license plates or wrecked vehicles. This place looks more like a junkyard than a complex parking lot.

  The landlord is completely unprofessional, money hungry, doesn’t care about the overall quality of life with every tenant living here. There were multiple things wrong with the apartment upon move in that they (her and maintenance were aware of) that they’ve tried blaming tenant for. Corroded water heater upon move in, which is air borne & can lead to sickness or death. Last inspection they said they’d come back to fix or replace it. it needs to be completely replaced as the pipes are corroded and it has rust growing from it. They never did, it’s always some kind of excuse or run around. There is a newborn here. They won’t let you do a mutual agreement to get out of the lease knowing the conditions they put you in yet they don’t want their tenants moving out “illegally”. Nobody should have to live under such circumstances regardless if it’s low income based. Came to an understanding why tenants replace their appliances themselves, when that should be maintained by the maintenance crew yet their main concern is how it looks from the outside. Don’t be fooled with the free month move in, you only have a month to decide if you want to get out of the lease otherwise they are going to swindle you into staying here or feeling like you’re stuck to deal with their mess. Overall it’s a messy situation. They don’t care to see what the issues are to help you fix them during inspection they’d rather take pictures of THEIR mistakes to try to build a rental history case upon you, that is not professional. It isn’t a miscommunication issue. They know how they operate is wrong and don’t care! As much as they try to sell you about this place, do NOT move here please.

  I just got the keys to my new place and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Jane in the office was amazing to work with. She was responsive, professional, and made sure every detail was handled. It’s rare to find someone so attentive, and she made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. After dealing with a bunch of unhelpful leasing offices, she was definitely a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend both Copperstone and their team.

  Management okay. The place has flea problem and mold and cockroach 🪳 They don't keep pool open longer enough and the gym isn't update and some stuff doesn't work. There huge problem with packages being stolen ..

  HORRIBLE PROPERTY and even WORST staff! My unit is invested with cockroaches and the units around me also have roaches and management has refused to help and refused to reimburse me for calling an exterminator, because the one they hired literally sprayed water around to try to get rid of the roaches. I am breaking my lease and will be reporting this complex.. Gaslighting your residents for YOUR MISTAKE AND INFESTATIONS is completely unacceptable. Hire a private inspector before leasing here!
