  Casablanca truly deserves a 5-star rating. When I first left the Navy, I wasn’t sure what my next steps were, and I came across Casablanca during that transition. My credit score wasn’t ideal at the time, which limited my options, so I did have to put down an additional deposit—but I felt that was fair and reasonable. I lived here for a total of three years (2022–2025) and just moved out at the end of November. During that time, I watched this community continuously improve and evolve. The property has truly been taken to new heights. The current team genuinely cares about the residents and the community. The property is cleaner, more updated, and better managed than when I first moved in. When I say the Maintenance team is better I mean that! The maintenance team has improved tremendously. Work orders are handled quickly, and if something can’t be resolved immediately, clear communication is provided about next steps. The office staff are friendly, professional, and truly focused on helping residents. I communicated with them often, and doing so always worked in my favor—they’re flexible and understanding when you keep communication open. There were a few occasions when my rent payment didn’t line up perfectly with my paycheck. The staff reached out to check in and make sure everything was okay. When they saw me in person, they even expressed concern, knowing I was usually on time. That level of care meant a lot. Security and cleanliness have also improved significantly. Early on, the gates rarely worked and unwanted loitering was an issue. While the gate initially felt inconvenient, once it was fixed, it ultimately brought many benefits, and I’m glad it was addressed. Staff actively clean the property, including messes left behind by tenants, which makes a noticeable difference. This place was an integral part of my life as a Veteran before purchasing my own home, and I’ll genuinely miss living here. Cons (minor, but worth noting): 1. Some residents smoke in their units, which can be noticeable in the hallways. 2. When dumpsters are full, some people leave trash outside instead of waiting, making cleanup harder. 3. No car maintenance of any kind is allowed: this personally affected me, so something to be aware of if you work on cars. 4. Not a Casblanca issue but people will also smoke near your cars, so if you have a nice car or care about your vehicle its worth watching for. I've called a few people on smoking near mine a few times and once addressed I never saw them smoke near it again. Overall: 10/10 — I would absolutely live here again.

  I have lived in this complex for almost 3 years now and I love it. It’s peaceful and quiet. I have no issues with neighbors and you don’t get bothered. The complex is very clean and maintenance it always done. The staff is great and any service requests that I have put in were handled quickly. The new locker room for packages is so much better than the old system. Rent amount is fair as well. If you are looking for an apartment in Everett I highly recommend checking out Casablanca.

  Casablanca Apartments in Everett is truly a fantastic place to call home. The location couldn’t be more convenient — just minutes from I-5, making commuting incredibly easy, and close to plenty of shopping, restaurants, and everyday necessities. It’s the perfect balance of accessibility and comfort. The staff here are consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to resident satisfaction. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and with care. Maintenance is equally impressive — prompt, efficient, and always courteous. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the community running smoothly. Overall, Casablanca Apartments offers great value, a prime location, and exceptional service. Highly recommended!

  I’ve really enjoyed my time at Casablanca Apartment Homes — the community feels welcoming and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the amenities add a lot of value. The location is convenient for shopping and commuting. Overall, it’s been a comfortable, pleasant place to call home.

  I adopted a dog from PAWS and was not allowed to have him on the property so I moved immediately to Casablanca who does not have dog restrictions and Shitake, my dog, absolutely loves it here. He adores the staff and has to stop to visit with them a few times a week. They treat him like he was their family member, not just mine.
