  I had a great experience getting a place Jolene helped me from start to finish the apartment walk through and helped me fill all the paperwork out she made it really easy and fun thank you so much Jolene u are awesome also the office staff is really good people thanks for the experience

  Jolene was very welcoming! She led me on a tour of the apartment amenities and a model apartment. She was very informative and friendly! Im still narrowing down my options but Camelot looked like a great place to live.

  Moving into these apartments has been a wonderful experience so far! From the very beginning, Chris gave me an amazing tour. He was incredibly friendly, warm, and flexible with my schedule. He showed me everything on the property, explained where everything is, and answered all my questions in detail. He even gave me two tours — one by myself and a second one when I came back with my husband. He really helped us fall in love with this place. All of the staff here are truly amazing — kind, welcoming, and supportive. Yevheniia helped us so much with all the paperwork and explained every step of the process. This was my first time renting an apartment on my own, and she made everything feel simple and stress-free. The team member who did our move-in inspection was also very sweet and helpful. She carefully went through the apartment with us, made sure everything was documented correctly, and helped prevent any future issues. Maintenance has been fast and efficient. They fixed a few small things the very next day, and they even arranged a free cleaning for the apartment, which we truly appreciated. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom, in-unit washer and dryer, and all the amenities we need. I especially love having a garbage disposal — such a small thing, but it makes daily life much easier. So far, we have only positive impressions from living here. The only small note is that there is sometimes a slight smell of smoke on the first floor, but it does not reach the upper floors, so it has not been an issue for us. Overall, we are very happy with our new home and grateful to such a wonderful team. Highly recommend these apartments! 🌟

  I cannot say enough good things about Kisha in the front office. Patient, polite, and always here for you. She has made my move in and now moving out process so peaceful for my family. Thank you so much! The apartments themselves feel safe and I've never had any issues here since the parking is in gated areas. I love the mail room and how kind our neighbors have been if say Amazon leaves your package outside the mail room door. I cant speak for always but mine have been quickly moved indoor by the office or a resident unharmed. The apartment was smaller than we could accommodate over growth and time which is why we are moving but. I do recommend this place for singles or couples looking for a safe place in Everett. Ask for Kisha, seriously. Oh and Joleen she is also amazing! Ask her about her pens.
