- KBKeith BlairApr 18, 20245.0I've been at Park 210 for about six month and it's a great place to live. It's a quite complex in a nice area. The staff are super helpful and responsive. The apartments are nice and the complex is kept clean and well maintained.
- VSVadim SNov 13, 20221.0Very dishonest management. After we moved out, they sent an invoice for replacing the entire carpet. Although we only stayed 1 year and left it clean. Having received a bill, I agreed with them on payment every month. Missed 1 payment and they sent me to a collection agency. My advice is to find better apartments where you will not be forced to pay extra money when you leave.

- JJJeanJul 11, 20185.0UPDATE June 2022: Since my original post 3 years ago, I've since relocated to another unit here at Park 210. One can tell that Epic Management possesses genuine integrity and good business practices just from the excellent Leasing Office managers they employ. Our dear Property Manager, Fatma, has been on leave and we look forward to welcoming her back. During the interim, we have been so fortunate to have Darcy managing the leasing office. She has done an outstanding job in bringing about further improvements and ensuring the maintenance and safety of the property was above standards. Promptly responding to tenant concerns, Darcy has addressed each issue with grace, perservance and compassion for all residents of Park 210. About Park 210: overall a quiet complex of about 80 units. It's convenient to Highway 99, roads leading to Interstate 5, local bus routes and the Edmonds Park and Ride. The property is only a short drive to the Edmonds shores of the beautiful Puget Sound. There is plenty of parking and the grounds are surrounded by evergreens with seasonal vegetation maintained each week by a landscaping service. Returning from my workday in the City of Seattle, I am very thankful for the apartment's cozy balcony. This is a nice community.
