    Been meaning to leave a review for awhile but am forgetful. I have been living here for five years. Has been the best place I have ever lived at. Small property (21 apartments), great area, quiet, two assigned parking spot and walking distance from some trails and park. Property is pet friendly, everyone has pets. Megan the property manager is a rockstar and gets things handled. Michael the maintenance supervisor keeps everything in great condition. I love living here.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently worked with Linda to find our new residence, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the first phone call to the signing of the lease, to all the communication, Linda was professional, responsive, and attentive to our needs. Scheduling the walk through was easy and took place in a timely manner. She listened to what we were looking for and gave a tour of one of the townhomes. Her knowledge of the townhome and the local area was impressive, and she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Moving is always stressful as many hiccups can occur through the leasing process not to mention what seems like endless searching. I highly recommend Linda to anyone in search of a reliable and friendly leasing agent who goes above and beyond in helping make the process as smooth as possible. We also love the ‘Welcome Home’ basket of goodies! Thank you for helping us find our new home!

    Rent everywhere is high, but these townhome apartments are nice. Just 21 units at Woodlake Townhomes, with assigned parking, so it's relatively quiet and peaceful. I feel safe here and it is conveniently located to everything I need, including all my doctors. Two miles to the Edmonds Ferry and lots of lovely scenery. Close to schools and shopping too.
