- RDRhoda DyjakApr 27, 20245.0It was my lucky day when I walk through the office door at Park Edmonds and seeing Cindy's glowing smile I've never met such a wonderful person that cares so much about her properties and even more about her tenants there's just so many wonderful things about living here I'll try to keep it short but they have on-property laundry they have two huge dumpsters and recycle bins so you can get rid of your trash and recycle daily and they don't stink like most trash bins which really impresses me Carlos and Mike are the maintenance guys and they are exemplary the few times we have needed their assistance they were here in a very timely manner it's very quiet easy access to everything and we conveniently have the great customer service of Safeway and Dollar Tree right across the street as well as TJ Maxx and UPS nail salon teriyaki Carlos walks the property every day and make sure every tiny detail is taken care of we have Security assign to the complex on site cameras to keep us safe convenient lock box for your packages to be delivered so they're not outside where somebody could take them convenient gym open 24 hours a day and yeah I just I can't say enough good things about this place you won't be disappointed I can promise you that!! Thank Cindy, Mike And Carlos for everything you do to make this a GREAT place to live!! And for any of our neighbors that might read this thank you for being such great people!! You are really helping to teach our grandson what community is all about:)
