Ive been here for about 4 years now, the location is very convenient for food, shopping, and commuting into seattle. Shannon and the maintenance crew have been incredibly helpful during my stay here too. I really appreciate all the hard work you guys do!! Thank you!!

I haven't lived here that long but it has been long enough to publish my review. If you want honest and thorough, I hope you'll read to the end. Pro's: -the location is great and much safer than surrounding areas and these sit next door to a grocery store, restaurants, ups, a tj maxx (woo!)... I am over the moon about that. - Other than my apartment facing 99/Aurora, it's pretty quiet most of the time. - in-unit W/D which is a first for me so what a game changer! - management is nice and very responsive, which I appreciate. - parking is pretty great; the complex has plenty and nothing is reserved unless you pay for a slot in the garage so that is nice for your guests/families. - although more amenities would be nice (like a pool or hot tub, indoor gathering space, etc), I actually like that there i aren't a bunch of "extras". It helps keep costs down a bit which makes rent more affordable than almost every other apartment around it. - Rent is objective because its going to change all the time and of course depends on the size of your unit. My personal rent is rather affordable for my financial situation. However, I downsized from a roomy 1-bed/bath in south Everett to a studio but what I gained is worth more to me than having more rooms to fill with stuff... As mentioned above and wanting to downsize my belongings in general, overall I am pleased with my choice in apartment. Con's: (based on my experience of course and what is important to me may not be to others, so heed my information with that in mind.) - the hallways smell bad - many different ethnicities live here so the smell of their food/apartments has permeated the common areas. I'm very sensitive to smells and suffer from migraines that can be trigged by certain potent odors, so this is tough for me. - no elevator which makes moving to the top floor challenging and tiring but it's not a deal breaker for me, just inconvenient. - maintenance is unhelpful and the "manager special fixes" are real here. Outlets are faulty or wired incorrectly, shelving in the closet are installed poorly (not anchored properly), closet doors are broken and installed for completeness not useability. Overall, I just don't believe maintenance is qualified to be "fixing" issues with these apartments but it is what it is. - Utilities are expensive and the way the company bills residents for W/S/G is through a company not associated with WA PUD or Seattle Light, and if you don't set up auto payment correctly through the resident portal, you won't be notified of missed payments. - The Resident Portal is AWFUL. It is not user-friendly and really needs to be updated for ease of use/access. - Residents have no respect for throwing away garbage and recycling properly... they toss it wherever so it just makes our parking lot messy and gross. ...overall my thoughts are as follows: Do I recommend living here? Yes - its priced reasonably and you can't beat the location and those amenities it comes with. If you move in with little or no expectation of greatness, this place may be your taj mahal. For me, my apartment is small but cozy and its relatively quiet on my floor with the exception of hallway noise at times. Do I wish I checked out the apartment more thoroughly when I did a walk through? 100%. As a renter now, each place I move I am learning more and more what to look for or to check. My apartment has MAJOR flaws, safety issues even, but it works for now and I can afford it which is what matters most.

Love, love, love living here. My studio apartment is perfect. The property is clean, safe, well maintained, and has very reasonable rents. If you are looking for an apartment to rent I recommend you visit Cindy in the office. She is the BEST! Super helpful, super attentive, and does all that she can for her clients.
