The previous maintenance crew was a mess but the current management deeply cares about the residents (shout out to Kelly, because she’s the best) and the NEW and improved (and incredibly reliable) maintenance is like having a family member always around to help (shout out to Daniel because he’s been an absolute life-saver). My husband and I have turned this updated apartment, with vaulted ceilings and modern appliances, into a home with wonderful memories. The neighborhood is safe and police make rounds in the parking lot OFTEN so I have never felt in-danger at all (I think in all the months we have been here we have seen only ONE homeless person and they were removed from the premises very quickly). During heavy snow fall, it’s still quite easy to get to I5 so I think I have missed maybe one day of work due to weather in total. You will LOVE IT here; even if the amenities are limited due to COVID. Since we only live about 5 minutes from downtown Edmonds, my husband and I have become regulars and friends with all the locals in the town and have grown to love Edmonds deeply. Starbucks is 2 minutes away on 99 (an easy stop on my way to work) and all grocery stores are 5 minutes away as well. I think something I will miss once we leave this home is being able to walk to 7/11 or Dairy Queen in the warm summer nights or in the quiet winter months. What a safe and friendly environment! I highly recommend Park 210. This place is truly incredible 💛
