  My previous review was taken down by the property owner (confirmed by google), but I am happy to continue reporting it. Cockroaches (twice) useless management, and a neighbor who attempted to break into my home while armed with knives (mutliple) yet property continued to let him live there for almost half a year. 1 star is unfortunately the minimum, as they deserve less.

  Lovely community. A little hectic currently due to a remodel of the outside of the buildings. Friendly office staff. Easy access to the store, schools and doctors.

  *** UPDATE. Since being away from this apartment complex, all of my animals have yet to get fleas. For a place that is so “animal inclusive” you’d think they’d treat for fleas. Have lived in WA all my life and have never seen an infestation as bad as pacific parks. Spare your animals, mine enjoy the fact we don’t have a wanna-be HOA as a front desk anymore. ** IMPORTANT** Lived here for a year and immediately had issues that were ignored from the start. One single lady harassing the whole first floor of our building, cussing people out, spraying perfumes in the CRACK OF DOORS of someone with a auto immune disease and anyone's who had animals in their home. Leasing will not take care of this issue and is still ongoing. This neighbor will stand outside her door for hours (She is the hallway monitor!!) so if you want just the smallest bit of privacy, look elsewhere! GET A RING CAMERA. This camera had saved us and provided everything we needed to contact corporate to actually have our issues taken care of. The leasing office will not do ANYTHING unless you magically have video proof and when you do they get annoyed they actually have to do something about it! The grass and apartments are Flea infested as soon as the summer months start to come around and it does not get handled. Apartments are infested with black mold in window seals, slider doors, on the corner of wall and carpets. (They will just paint over mold and disregard how sick it makes you and your dog) a solid 4 months I was being harassed and threatened by someone who was not suppose to be in those apartments. With MANY emails and phone calls to the leasing office they told my fiancé they would come talk to me after a certain incident but since our apartment overlooked the parking lot I was able to watch them close up the office and leave about 2 minutes before 6 pm and 15 minutes after the phone call where they were suppose to come talk to me personally. The leasing office is not professional when it comes to any type of issue in the apartments and will wait months to even address something. After bringing issues to their attention we notice a HUGE shift in attitude towards us and it made the living situation very hostile for the whole term of our lease. I highly recommend going to corporate with any concerns or just overall finding a better apartment. It won't be hard.
