  Infinity Mortgage Group or its paid representatives have been calling my cellphone at least once a day for the past week. If I answer, they tell me they're with the VA. When I question that statement, they admit they're with Infinity One (part of Infinity Mortgage Group) and calling about my VA Home Loan, which they claim the VA told them about. Of course, I don't have a VA home loan, so the VA couldn't have told them about it. To top it all off, my cellphone is on the Do Not Call Registry (I just verified it). So, to recap: they claim to be with a federal agency when they're not, and they claim the VA gave them my info which it didn't, and they're violating the Do Not Call Registry. Why would anyone do business with them??

  I originally found Michael a few years ago through an online rate quote, and his quote was the lowest of the 4-5 that I got. Then his service was outstanding, answering all of my questions over the phone patiently, with no pressure or sales pitch. Once he understood my purpose for refinancing(which is to get the lowest rate possible and pay off the mortgage debt as fast as possible) then he was able to steer any decisions between rates for what worked best for us without over-extending. He has a patient demeanor that rubs off-- nothing needs to be rushed and it's all smooth sailing. Since then I had called or emailed a few times seeking better rates as Covid hit and rates dropped. We refinanced again down to a 15 year @2.5% and I was pumped. And just now(Sept 2021) we closed again on another 15-year @1.875%! This latest refi was because Michael's team reached out to me when he saw low rates. I really appreciate that, as this refinance will save us a bunch more than we already saved with them last time. I'm allergic to debt and it feels so good to get out from under it faster and keep more money for our family. Every cent not paid to interest is a win! Oh and I also have to say that every time I've shopped around, his rates are still the lowest I can find. Absolutely 5 stars!

  Michael and the Team did a great job. Communication was more than adequate and I was informed at every step of the way. When questions arose, I was able to contact Mike, who responded quickly. The process went much smoother than anticipated and would definitely use again...not to mention, I have already passed along several recommendations.
